What is included in 1:1 Coaching?Jules Jacobson Fitness offers a variety of training and nutrition programs. The coaching programs with 1:1 Support all include the following: - Fully customized training and/or nutrition plan based on your preferences, your goals, and your health history - Plan adjustments every 2 weeks as a standard (with more frequent adjustments made if necessary) according to your progress and your feedback - Custom supplement recommendations - Custom cardio program (if necessary) - Weekly check-ins (progress photos, weight, and measurements) with personalized video feedback recorded by Jules posted to your check-ins - Unlimited message support - All aspects of the program and all communications are conveniently located within the Elite Trainr app There are also slightly less interactive options available for a lower price point.

How much does 1:1 Coaching with Jules cost?It is not possible to provide a price without meeting you and understanding what your specific goals and needs are. This gets discussed over a consultation call, where we will create a game plan tailored specifically to you, and choose a custom program that best suits your budget and your needs. Regardless of if you sign up for coaching or not, the consultation call will provide you with an abundance of information and next steps for you to apply on your own as well. The consultation call lasts 1 hour, and costs $75 CAD. The conversion gets automatically applied to your transaction if you are located outside of Canada. What is Jules' approach to 1:1 Coaching?The format and delivery of the coaching programs varies according to YOU, your preferences, your goals, and your needs. A program that works for one person will not work for everybody else. This is why the Consultation Call is a crucial first step to your coaching journey. Overall, the approach is a sustainable and balanced program that is enjoyable for you, to help you reach your goals and maintain your results long-term. There is no such thing as a quick fix if you want your results to stick.

Does my level of experience matter?For 1:1 Coaching, new clients of all backgrounds are welcome, whether you are completely new to the gym, or a seasoned gym go-er. Jules works with beginners, as well as national-level athletes, and bodybuilders. Please keep in mind that this is an online program for you to follow independently, and does not include private personal training sessions. Visuals of each exercise (GIFs, images), written instructions, and videos will be used to set you up for success if you sign up for an online workout program. The online workout programs also include exercise form checks with video feedback upon request, where Jules will analyze your technique and provide you with detailed corrections. If you are considering joining the Gym with Jules Program, please keep in mind that the Gym with Jules program NOT custom: it is an advanced bodybuilding program designed for women who want to train like a bikini competitor.

How does Gym with Jules differ from 1:1 Coaching?The Gym with Jules program provides you with access to all of Jules' workouts that she follows on her bodybuilding program. This program was designed to give women a chance to train like a bikini competitor, without committing to an online coaching program that they may not want or need. The Gym with Jules program is NOT a custom program. It is Jules' training program that she designs and periodizes for herself. You can still reach out to Jules through the app with any questions about the program, track your workouts, and track your progress, but weekly check-ins with video feedback, and exercise form checks are not included.
